Beach Rescue!

Friday the 5th August 2005.

I was having a walk along the beach today, when a young lady asked me would i like to play football with her.

Yes Please I said - I love football!

We were having a great time when suddenly the young lady mis-kicked the football, and it flew out to sea!.

Oh no she cried, I cannot swim, and the football is going further and further out on the tide!.

Do not worry young lady, I shouted, my daddy taught me how to swim when I was a puppy - I will swim out and rescue your ball!.

So I swam out in to the deep blue sea, watching out for sharks and giant squids as I swam!

The tide became stronger the more I swam, but because I was a strong swimmer, I soon reached the ball and grabbed it in my mouth!

I then swam for shore with the ball in my mouth, faster and faster I swam, so that no sharks could keep up with me!.

Finally I reached the shore and handed the ball back to the young lady.

All in a day's work madam - Just make sure you don't kick the ball in again!

All this life saving has made me very tired - time for a sleep - Night Night everyone!.
